The conditions that apply when using GPL Creators and requesting a product through WhatsApp.
Ordering
Orders are discussed and confirmed through WhatsApp. The product name, price, delivery method and any applicable limitations should be confirmed before payment.
Digital products
Products are supplied digitally. Customers are responsible for checking product requirements, WordPress compatibility and the description before confirming an order.
Support scope
GPL Creators provides ordering and basic installation guidance. Custom development, configuration, troubleshooting third-party conflicts and original developer support are not included unless separately agreed.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website or supplied products for unlawful activity, security abuse, fraud or infringement of third-party rights.
Availability
Product availability and versions can change. If a requested product is unavailable, we will explain this before completing the order.
